MY ApPROACH

My approach integrates the benefits of several healing modalities — Energy Healing, Intuitive Guidance, and Hypnotherapy — to support individuals in transforming their wellbeing and developing a deeper awareness of their emotional dynamics, as well as their personal and professional relationships. As an intuitive energy healing practitioner, I am able to sense, identify, and clear blockages within the body’s energy system.

The guiding ethos behind this work is what I describe as “Therapeutic Synergy” — an integrated system of holistic therapies that work together to address the individual as a whole.

The human system is not composed of isolated parts. Our emotional, mental, physical, and energetic layers interact continuously and influence one another. For meaningful and lasting change to occur, imbalances within these interconnected systems must be approached together rather than in isolation.

By combining Energy Healing, Intuitive work, and Hypnotherapy, I am able to tailor sessions to the needs of each individual. These modalities complement one another: energy work helps clear and rebalance the energetic field, intuitive guidance brings awareness to underlying patterns and life dynamics, and hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious mind to support deeper behavioural and emotional shifts.

Together, they help reveal and release the root causes of imbalance while supporting a gradual return to clarity, alignment, and overall wellbeing.

Energy Healing is a metaphysical approach that has been used for centuries by various ancient cultures, who considered internal energy as a powerful force of good that can be used to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal. They placed emphasis on the inherent connections between the body, soul, and state of mind, and believed that illness results from energetic disturbances in these aspects of one’s being.

This approach to health and healing has re-emerged over the past few decades, and radically reshaped our views regarding “ill-ness”.  When we talk about the human body, most of us limit its definition to the physical form that is visible to us.

However, in reality, our human ‘body’ also has 7 non-physical bodies that we refer to as ‘energy bodies’; all of which interrelate to one another and coexist in harmony.

We call this our ‘energy system’. A disruption or imbalance between these bodies can lead to a number of health problems.

Energy Healing restores inner balance by aligning the body’s energy system. It does so by tapping into the one’s Energy Field (more commonly known as the Aura) to clear the energetic blockages in the various subtle bodies that make up our being.

By clearing re-energising, and healing the energy system (and its many pathways), it stimulates the body's inherent ability to come back into balance and wellness.

WHY ENERGY HEALING?

When your energy field is flowing in a balanced way, your health and thoughts tend be positive. However, when any form of stress, trauma or pain is felt, it can impact body and disrupt the energy flow, which can be experienced as discomfort, distress or ill-health. This is inherently linked to our Chakra System and energy pathways.

Imbalances or blockages can also be cause by our environment. From the energy of other people to that of your surroundings or conversations and emotional events, your energy field is in a constant state of movement and change.

This continuous flux and permeability can eventually have an effect on the state your internal and external well being. 

WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy is a recognised and safe therapy. It is often classified as a form of complementary medicine, but is perhaps better viewed as a branch of psychotherapy. It is designed to work at the subconscious level to facilitate a process in which individuals can release negative patterns and create positive associations. In so doing, it activates the subconscious mind’s amazing, and natural capacity, to "Heal itself" (i.e. resolve issues) and create profound changes from within.

Hypnotherapy is widely endorsed as a treatment for habit breaking, stress-related issues, and for a range of long-term conditions. These include but are not limited to: Stress, anxiety, panic, phobias, trauma, insomnia, unwanted habits, negative behavioural patterns, lack of confidence and low self-esteem, fear of examinations or public speaking, and more.
