how Hypnotherapy works

This heightened state of awareness is reached using skilled relaxation techniques. it allows the therapist to guide the client’s subconscious mind towards its most appropriate resolution to issues, which in turn, triggers a process of positive transformations from within.
Hypnotherapy is a recognised method for reducing acute emotional issues ranging from anxiety, stress, and fears to PTSD, Trauma or behavioural disorders. Typical Session Structure
Compassionate Dialogue
We begin by discussing your intentions, exploring areas of challenge, and identifying patterns, triggers, or limiting beliefs.
Hypnotherapy Visualisation
You are guided into a deeply relaxed, pleasant state where we work directly with the subconscious mind. Clients often describe the experience as profoundly calming or dream-like. Importantly, you remain fully conscious and in control throughout — you will not do or say anything against your own will.
By gently bringing awareness to the triggers, tension dissolves, understanding arises, and a deep release occurs, allowing transformation from within.
